Hello I have two unrelating symptons which are obviously different things.

1. On occasions (once a week) I awake and every time I lower or raise my head (for the period of maybe 20 -30 hours) I get a horrible stinging pain in my head and my nose fills with pressure and on occasions pops... massaging my skull helps but not much.

2. I can't stop itching, at all... for about six weeks... worst places is are my wrists, hips, abs, inner thighs, groin and inner arms... Oh and **m!!!! I am a very hygienic person, I wash my clothes, bed sheets regulary and I shower once/twice a day. Its driving me insane!!!! Worst times is at night and at my desk at work.
