This is for my dad. He has been exercising the last month, walking over two miles a day. He has lost absolutely no weight at all in this time. He has what we call heart attack fat. All his weight is in his stomach. He doesn't overeat and eats three well balanced meals a day and maybe a little snack. He eats lots of veggies and fruits. His stomach has been swelling and at times his pants are tight on him and hurts his belly and at other times it is hard for him to button his shirt over it.
