  • As I didnt know what NASH was I just looked it up and found the following "NASH is usually a silent disease with few or no symptoms. Patients generally feel well in the early stages and only begin to have symptoms—such as fatigue, weight loss, and weakness" so that would explain many of your symptoms. I have a friend with liver issues so I know that can also make one nauseus and vomiting. Maybe the headaches are being caused by a build up of some kind of toxin in the body??? due to the liver not working properly??? Another thought I have is IF your fatigue and other symptoms is worst after exertion.. maybe you have something like CFS. Many get swollen lymph nodes with that. I have CFS and had liver problems for a time due to it along with swollen lymph nodes. From what you've said thou its very hard to tell if your problem could be something like CFS or not. I suggest for you to go and see a chiropractor and see what he/she has to say about the pain in case its back related and refered pain. (of cause that wouldnt thou cause your lymph nodes to be up so hence why I suggested maybe something also like CFS)

Is it happening worst up to 48 hrs after you've exerted yourself or suffered from stress???? CFS can cause nausea and vomiting and headaches are quite normal with it.

  • happens everday, unfortunately it is not cfs. stress or physical exertion does not make it worse. it is not muscle pain either.
