Please help. My brother who is now 37 is having fainting spells. He had never had one until this past year. He has high blood pressure, and after seeing several different doctors they said that his heart was inlarged due to an infection in his heart. They got that cleared up but the problem continues. 2 weeks ago he had a tilt test done and went into cardiac arrest during the exam. They slapped a heart monitor on him and sent him home the next hour. Now they are telling him that he has Vigarial Syncope. There is a history of fainting in the family I myself started with my episodes when I was 10, and was wrongly diagnosed with epilepsy, then with hypotension, after 20 years I gave up trying to find out what it is. My sister also has fainting spells. Ours have never been as sever as my brothers was, I am worried that what they are telling him is not right and his life can depend on this. Can any one help please?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
