I am having touble sleeping properly. When I do sleep I have dreams that are very real and I remember them very clearly. However I find that the next morning I am extremely tired and feel like I have not slept. This has been going for two years and I have had enough I need a good night sleep. I am under stress and have been for two years due to a break down in a relationship, but my dreams are really bothering me.
