Help! I need to find out what is wrong with me. I am sick & tired of being in chronic pain. For the last 12 years or so I have had a chronic pain in my left arm. It actually hurts to the touch. The pain is always there and it radiates down my arm a lot and my fingers get tingly...I have also had pain in my chest many times which has sent me to the ER. I have had all kinds of tests that all come back normal. EKG's normal, body scans, ultra sounds, Xrays, etc... all normal. All of my blood work also normal. I can't take anything but tylenol for the pain because I also have acid reflux and ibuprofen really upsets my stomach. Lately I have also been getting pain in my legs. They feel like I have run a marathon. They are tingly and feel warm. I know it sounds like it is heart related but I have had stress tests and had to wear the heart monitor for 24 hours and everything was fine. I have a slight arrythmia that they don't seem to think is anything. I can't stand being in pain...I've been to the ER so many times, they think I am crazy. They have even suggested my pain is due to anxiety or stress. It is NOT. I have read that a vitamin deficiency can cause pain like this. (B12?) Has anyone had any of these symptoms and if so what was your diagnosis? I need to find out what is wrong with me.

  • Issues with B12? or D? Its hard to say what could be causing.. probably best to start taking some good mutivitamins (be aware that on tests that B12 in low range of normal can still cause symptoms in some. Get your D levels tested).
