I am a slim build with little abdominal body fat. I have a "knot" that came up on my right side. After many test the surgeon decided to do a lap to see what it was. I went through that surgery and he saw NOTHING! He said everything was normal. His associate later felt the mass and said he believes it is a inter-muscular lipoma. OK...but now I am having intermittent abdominal muscle spasms. It is primarily in my upper abd. just below my sternum. When it happens there are "lumps", which I assume are the muscles knotting up, and it is very painful. No one seems to know what is going on with me.
I am 29 y/o and have a 16 mo. old son. I have no idea if that is relevant but who knows.
