medical history, other than a broken bone in my right arm, i was diagnosed with a benign heart murmur when young, 8th grade. smoker for 4 years, pack a day at most.

i've worked for a tree company for several seasons now while still in college and recently, i was not aware of any symptoms at least that i can recall until about a year ago after a night of drinking redbull and vodkas, arm wrestling and rough housing with my buddies. but since then i've had problems with my shoulder and chest and often just feeling out of it, especially on days where i have nothing else to occupy my time and distract me. i did get an EKG when i told them that i had chest constriction on the left side for about 10 min one night which was only really noticable when i had to breathe. i used to get a quick chest pain on the left side maybe twice a year ever since i was little, but that was about 10x worse.

my neck, which i used to 'crack' often, hurts and even seems to 'pop' when i rotate one direction, but nothing the other direction. and that pop is painful.
my shoulder, also seems to pop around in its socket often.. also when it gets sore my arm itself tends to feel 'weak'.
lately, in the past year, my arms and legs seem to fall asleep more often and quicker than they ever did before in my life.
i'm also light headed from time to time, but anxiety always seems to bring out all of this symptoms.

i'm sure there's more, but please ask me
