Nearly three months back I injured my neck doing sit ups where you extend your butt from a chair and with your hands on end side of the chair, you go up and down. The injury is in dead center where the neck meets the collar bone. It is a hard area and I assume it is a bone that connects the collar. After several weeks of cold and heat treatment I can ride my bike and shoot baskets on the court with little or no pain. However, I suffer during contact sports, which I attempted once since the injury. What can I do to expedite healing to allow me to get on the court again?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
