Hi, I keep getting these sudden rushes of sensation intermittently...I have no clue what they. Usually, I'll feel a very mild pressure suddenly in my temple followed by what feels like a rush of heat to my forehead, the back of my nose, and my chest. I get kinda light-headed when it happens, and can't really think of how to describe the feeling I get. The word 'nauseous' comes to mind, but I don't feel sick. Usually the sensation subsides after a minute at most, but it's very strange. It happens on and off but has been more frequent as of late (2 or 3 times a day) hence, coming here to try and find out what it is.
