Hello, im nick.

for the last 3 months ive been nauseaded all the time everyday and nothing fixes it. I have no idea why i feel this way but i have never thrown up even though i feel like im getting close to it. some times i get dizzy, not often. When i get nauseaded badly i usually have to go to the stool and after im finished with that i usually feel a little better. Its not a full blown nausea either, its half there and sometimes its almost not there at all and when i feel like im getting better it comes right back. idk is this has to do with anything but i have bad acne on the side of my neck and theres bumps under the left side of my neck on the inside. i think there going away though, im not sure.
i only 16 and im scared, i got lots to live for i was scared its cancer and the docs dont know, but next week im getting a scope down to my stomach even though i never have stomach pains.

thanks for anyones help with any ideas

  • Sounds like it could be reflux or maybe an H-Pylori infection, both can be diagnosed when they scope you. In the mean time, try not to lay down for about 2 hours after you eat. Avoid caffiene, spicey foods and citrus. Maybe sleep on an extra pillow. Also try some tums and see if this helps. Does any particular food seem to make it worse?

  • thank you for the comment. And yes, Milk sometimes and coffee does. Milk, im not exactly sure yet but i found after drinking coffee its the worse. My worse days where days that i have drunk coffee on. I drink ginger al and that doesent seem to do anything, maybe not much cafiene in that. Tums, ive been getting those and they help a tiny bit.thanks for any help from anyone. I -nick

  • Hey Nick, I used to suffer from something similar to what you experienced. I used to be nauseeaded all the time. I used to just sit int he bathroom in a litle ball. I was diagnosed with something called Celiac Disease. Maybe ask your doctor to do a biopsy for it when he does a scope. (That is how i was diagnosed with it) Many symptoms i had was cramping, abdominal pain, excessive (very excessive) nausea, and constipation. I hope it works out, and good look with the endoscopy!!

  • The best part about celiac disease is that its easy to treat! It might just be an option that you could ask your doctor to test you for. But I have known many people to get very sick from it. I used to in severe pain. Its an easy blood/or biopsy test. And if you do a biopsy he could also look around your stomach to see if you have anything else (chrons/olceratitve colitits). Its worth a shot.

  • I also had the same problem maybe 6 months ago... I felt so nauseated i used to make a bed on the bathroom floor. My body felt awful every day and nothing would help.I went to doctors and they couldnt help me, they ran tests and everything. It turned out it was anxiety making me feel so terrible, so they started me on Xanax.I would have never guessed anxiety could make you feel so awful physically.Best luck in feeling better and i hope your problem is resolved soon.-Samantha

  • thanks, canyouhelpmeand Samantha, maybe i do have anxiety. I mean, when i think im feeling sick or see other people sick, i get sick. If i dont worry about my nausia or im not thinking about it, it dosent tend to be so bad. although its always there. What kind of test did they run on you? and are you better now ever since you started taking this pill?- nick

  • This sounds a lot like what I went through with gluten intolerence/allergy/Celiacs or whatever the ***l the doctor wants to call it (if he knows what it is), as was mentioned before. It could also be any number of other food allergies. It started with nausea, skin problems, and sweating and it turned into full-blown stomach cramps, exhaustion, and worse...I recommend going to an allergenist, they can do a blood test to see if your body is making cells to attack common food ingredients.
