:o:confused: I was told after an EGD that I had gastroporesis due to meds that I must take. I nearly killed myself getting off the meds and nothing changed. So i got back on the meds. We then did a gastric emptying exam which turns up normal. Does that mean I do not have gastroporesis? We have since done a colonoscopy, a small bowel follow through, and a ct scan of the abdomen and pelvis with contrast. I do not have the results yet on the three new tests. Will those tests show gastroporesis or is there something else we are looking for now? Can there be any other cause of gastroporesis besides the meds? does your pancreas hurt because of gastroporesis. I have pain in my liver or pancreas at least in that area as I do not have a gallbladder. :eek:Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
