Nasal Septal Papilloma?

In my right nostril, I have a mass that I believe may be a papilloma. It started out just under a year ago as what I thought was just dry skin that would come out when I blew my nose; but over the last couple of weeks, it is immovable and tends to bleed if I try to remove it myself. It is on my spetum.

If it is a papilloma, what should I expect with it? Has anyone had experience with something like this?

I am seeing an ENT this week; but just wanted to go in armed with as much info as possible and prepared for whatever diagnosis it might be.
