I am 14 years old boy. I have this nasal problem from my birth. I got this swelling inside my nose. It doesn't hurt nor it bleeds but just makes it hard for respiration. I guess it was a congested inferior turbinate, booger, sinusitis but the amazing thing is that the it gets easy for respiration after a rider over on my bicycle at a high speed. Specifically, it gets easy for respiration when I am heated up but the problem is while sleeping. I have to sleep with my mouth wide open for I can't sleep with by breathing through my nose. I just want the diagnosis and if possible, some treatments for it too.

Help me!
