Mystery illness. Any ideas?

I have had several months of severe fatigue, joint pain mostly in the outer digits of the fingers, headaches, some dizziness, occasional nausea, confusion, short term memory problems, and most recently a bitter taste in my mouth. My doctor did "every test he could think of" and still no explanation. Anyone got anything? I'm at a loss and sick and tired of being sick and tired.
