I am a 29 year old male and have lost about 11 kg over the past 5 months (From 65kg down to 54kg). No matter how much I eat and sleep, I seem to be losing the pounds. Other symptoms include tingling in feet, constant headache, eye irritation, abdominal grumbling and feeling hungrier than usual. My body does not seem to be processing and absorbing the food intake.

Any ideas? Please help.

  • Your symptoms sound like you may be bulimic (but i highly doubt you are). i suggest you go to the doctor and make sure they run blood tests.

  • It is recommended to lose your weight under proper guidance. This will let you know about the proper diets that to be followed to reduce weight efficiently. You should never overdo the diet as this will cause severe problems in future. It is better to maintain the diet in the right way to get expected results.
