hello
Please help to diagnose a mysterious illness I have suffered from it since 7 months ago . my life will be destroyed due to this illness
Problems started after a high dose of metronidazole I suffered from the following symptoms


symptoms

Fainting
Weakness
Depression + hallucination + nightmares
Tingling hands and legs
Dizziness
Ataxia while walking
Idle
weak feet
And other

Analysis

Blood: normal calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, hemoglobin, vitamin B-1
but vitamin B-12 is very low

urine: Normal, but urine contains bacteria+, Candida+

Stool: bacteria + + + Candide + + and a fat + +

Hormones :TSH T3 T4 normal

Brain M.R.I : normal

T billirobin 2.4
D billiribin 2.0
Summary : Analysis are normal except for vitamin B-12 & Parasites

After several months new symptoms appeared

new symptoms

Poor memory
Diarrhea
Pale skin
Weight loss
Finger nails are weak and poor

Drugs are taken now

Injection of vitamin B-12
one pill Diflucan 150 mg and die off symptoms appeared

Historical overview

I think it is necessary to give you an overview of my health. My health is not always so good especially stomach I am suffering from several problems since I was young, such as
Gas 20 year ago
False feeling of fullness of 10 years
Colon problems \ 20 years
Remnants of food in the stool 20 years
Gastric ulcer 10 years
Dyspepsia 20 years
Chronic diarrhea, constipation & 20 years
heartburne 5 years
Difficulty in swallowing anything even water 4 years

I hope that I give you a good idea about my problem and I hope you can help me to find out the right diagnosis........ Emergency I am about to lose my girlfriend she do not want guy in 30 , but his healthis like an oldman in 75

  • The low B12 can cause A LOT of your symptoms and it may take more then one injection to get better. Be aware that some drugs drop our B12 levels (smoking also affects B12). The B12 issues if they worsen...you may find you start getting nerve pains. Be aware that the lower normal standard levels of B12, that there is some contraversary over it and may not be enough for some. Also if a B deficiency occurs, there is often deficiencies in the other B groups so I recommend getting yourself a good vitamin B complex to take. Many of your symptoms in the historical overview.. sounds like you are also suffering from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).. there is 3 types of that.. predominately diarrhea, predominately constipation .. or combination IBS which goes both ways. also a anti-candida diet may help too.
