myokymia pinsneedles other embarrassing symtoms

So I have been checked for diabetes (which runs in my family) and anemia. Nothing so far...

I have had eye twitching (myokymia) for almost a year. I have had numbness and pins and needled in my toes/ fingertips for as long as I can remember. I sometimes get jumping vision, auditory hallucinations (just like hearing a radio trying to tune in but with no radio anywhere). I also get fatigue but usually just for a three month period and it goes away. I figured all my symptoms were me being a hypochondriac until this eye twitching thing. I know myokymia is supposed to be harmless--but for a year?

There's also...other more embarrassing stuff..popping up this year that has me worried that I have something neurological. I keep getting dental abscess (two this year) and abscesses...um... in other places including my inner thighs. I also have had two yeast infections in the past 6 months.

I know gross--but I went from having no illness (except for the pins and needles which I just figured everyone has) to this past year having all this other stuff pop up.

Any ideas?
