I'm recovering from a serious sinus infection that lasted for about 3 months, at first I thought it was a cold and regular allergies. Found out I have nasal polyps and needed surgery which I've opted not to have because of the recurring statistics. I can't taste nor smell. I'm still congested but nothing like I was. I"m still coughing and when I do my upper right chest below my bra strap toward my upper back hurts. I do all I can not to cough because once I start the pain lingers for awhile. I've been taking advil to help with the pain. I've had a chest x-ray which came back normal. Any advise is greatly appreciated. I've been trying alot of herbs to deal with the congestion and it's actually working, now i need help getting this pain out of my chest and back.

  • The pain will not subside until the coughing is under control .
Elecampane is a wonderful herb to cleanse the lungs. Coconut oil for the polyps. Nebulizer with utopia silver, ,pure honey taken within a 50 mile radius is good for allergies. If these do not work then it could be roundworms.
