I have recently noticed a purple rim extending from the outer edge of my lips toward the inner. this is like purple blotchiness one quarter inch wide. My lips are paler than they were when i was younger, I have been told this is normal. Additionally, there are pinpoint white dots, closely spaced, on the top lip only. They begin where the purple rim ends and are toward the inner most part of the lip. The dots are not raised. There is no pain or itching etc. I have no known infection or medical conditions. I am not on medication . Am a 44 year old female, do not smoke or drink.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
