My husband has been getting sick on a pretty regular basis (4-5 weeks). He starts with a gassy feeling in his stomach and intestines, and then ends up throwing up all night with severe cramping. It knocks him out pretty much for a whole day and then he gradually gets his energy back.
His blood work is normal, and tested negative for H pylori, even though we put him on the bismuth treatment anyway. We thought it was his gallbladder, but there's no pain associated in that quadrant of his abdomen.
Does anyone have any experience with something that comes in intervals like that?
