For the last 7 months my healths been on a constant decline. The first i ever remember was while i was drinking with a couple of friends. i was also smoking tobacco. All of a sudden i felt extremely weak and needed to lay down. i woke up 3 hours later. After this. every time i would smoke i would get this extreme feeling of anxiety. After a while, i started having sharp pains in my head during the morning. this progressed into a constant feeling of pressure on the head while i was awake. but the sharp pains went away. After a while, my stomach started acting weird. My stool would be full of unprocessed food at first (1-2 months) After that, i started feeling sharp pains inside of my rectum.

I have lost 30 pounds in the last 2-3 months, and i feel weak. I no longer feel the urge to defecate as i normally would on a regular basis (normally once a day) when i go to the bathroom and i try to defecate my stool comes out very little and thinner than it used to. I am now feeling sharp pains all over the bones of my body. (bottom of feet, rib cages, pelvis, sometimes fingers) and having muscle twitches also all over my body. There is 3 permanently hard lymph nodes on my neck, two on my sternocleidomastoid under my jaw about 1x1cm and 2x2mm. and the other one behind my neck under my hair line. about 3x3mm. Also there is 2 hard lumps behind my upper leg.

I had complete blood tests, stds, urine and fecal matter tests done a couple of times and everything comes out perfect.

I keep telling my doctors to check me for cancer and they tell me that everything is ok!?

Please help me i dont know anywhere else to turn. i need your advice! by the way, i am 22 years old.

  • when you ask them to check, you, do they actually check or are they just brushing you off?Because if you request tests they should be doing them. The first part sounded like an allergy to tobacco. I have friends who react the same way. Severe anxiety and fatigue when they smoke. But the rest of it doesn't add up fully so I don't know. Hopefully you can find a doctor who will actually help :(

  • Sounds like you should be drinking and smoking usually causes the disorder or the bad rest time. But the doctor says you do not have any problems, you can go to the hospital to better medical reputation. To do so, you will feel pellets reassured. Usually we would recommend less smoking, physical important!

What you are describing sounds very serious. There are several things that could be causing your symptoms. Cancer is certainly on the list. Your age is also a factor as well. Specifically you need to have a biopsy performed if the lymph nodes are still present. However, you probably need to go on a STRONG ANTIBIOTIC regiment for about three weeks...Oncologists - cancer specialists use this technique all the time; especially in children. They use what is called an Augmentin challenge. If you are allergic to Penicillin the will use high dose Levaquin...if there is no reduction in the size or tissue consistency of the nodes after 21 days then a biopsy is standard of care. There are other things as well - mononucleosis, Castleman's disease (very rare,) sarcoidosis, just to name a few. You need to have a few more blood tests, if not already done: ESR (sed rate,) LDH, and an akaline phosphatase. Again, biopsy is the way to go on the nodes. Good luck and keep us posted.
