My family and doctors cannot figure out what is wrong with my dad.
I have looked up every possible disease or infection and nothing seems right!! I just need someone elses opinion..My dad is 53 years old,he works alot, and here are his symptoms..

1.Heart palpitations.
3.Hurting all over
4.No stamina
5.Cant taste hardly anthing when he eats.
6.Gaining weight
7.Swollen lymph nodes
8.Feeling dizzy alot
9.Problems with hearing
10.Numbness in hands & arms
11.Tingling in hands & arms

I think there is some more but this has been going on for about
2 yrs now and he keeps telling me and my mom that he feels like hes going to die. We dont know what to do,the doctors have ran every
test, but yet still nothing. Please someone try to help us figure this out so that my dad can get back to his old self again.

Thank you,

  • It could be CFIDS http://wwcoco.com/cfids/bernesx.html (all other possibilities need to be ruled out first thou. The CDC says that 80% of ones with this remain sick and undiagnosed (it's cause most doctors dont know enough about it so aint comfortable giving people a diagnoses). As many doctors falsely believe it only affects females.. this may make it harder for your father to get a diagnoses if he has this. (In fact 25% with it are male!). If doctors have given up.. contact your local CFIDS or CFS foundation or support group and ask them for a doctor or specialist who specialises in CFIDS in your area and go and take your father to see them. (ones with CFIDS present very similarly so hence someone used to CFIDS patients will recognise it quite quickly if this is your fathers issue).
