  • Hi aysha I have a feeling that you may have a psychological issue. However if these thoughts keep on coming back and you can not suppress them - I would get a brain scan from your Doctor just to make sure you have nothing causing this related to your brain - also whether you have any spells when you have these thoughts - if you have no underlying abnormal brain activity when checked via an EEG - I would consult a mental health professional - this does not mean that you are crazy they can certainly help you with either therapy or medication. I hope this helps. Also as part of the check up the usual blood tests would be good including thyroid, PTH, Vit D, other hormones. So step one make sure nothing neurological going on - probably the best person to quickly review you is a neurologist and they can also co-ordinate any mental health check ups and treatment. This would be the best for you.
