I'm a 20 year-old male.
For the last couple of months, I've had this weird condition in which I would feel lightheaded and woozy. When I walk, it feels like I'm heavier than I am, as if something is trying to pull me down to the floor. My neck feels loose and weak at times, making my head feel heavy as if it was going to fall off. Sometimes, I feel like I'm not breathing, so I breath a little heavier. In some cases, my heart beats rapidly as if I was running. I went to the hospital to see what was going on, and the doctor said I had palpitations and low blood pressure.
I really don't understand it. I keep myself hydrated, I'm taking vitamins, I make sure to have sugar and salt in my body with the foods I eat, and I'm moderately active. This is really freaking me out, especially when I try to fall asleep Does anyone know what is going on, and if so, how can I treat this? Any tips/remedies?
