I've asked for help before on here, and you people have been very helpful so here I go again.
I've had a severe Sciatic problem for about 25 years now. It's been injuried several times and I am currently on numerous meds for it. In late Aug, I was waking up and my legs felt very tight, sore and cramped, as if I ran a marathon. The pain went down to my calves and just above my ankle. This was/is happening anywhere from 2 to 5 days a week. None of the medication is working and I do have Requip and a few other spasm pills for other problems in my shoulders.
The Neurologist is going to do XRays, ENG, and an MRI. She is telling me that this is NOT caused by the Sciatic nerve as it is on the bottom of the leg and this problem is on top.
Naturally, I scared to know what this may be. Has anyone ever heard of this and what could be the cause? I'm freaking out because I don't need anything else falling apart on me, I've got enough things that don't work.
But as I've said before, I did get alot of help from everyone and would appreciate ANYTHING anyone may know.
