Hi...need help

I have been experiencing chronic muscle twitches (from head to toe) since 2001. I have seen several doctors and have had numerous tests, but no diagnosis. Some say BFS, others say myoclonus. Recently, my thumbs have been twitching with visible movement. ANy ideas?
