  • Have you considered a gluten issue? Recent studies in gluten sensitivity are coming to light and gluten is much better understood. Many more people than prevously thought have gluten issues. Leg spasms were a huge part of my own symptoms. Because gluten is contained in nearly every processed food in the US, try this easy 2 week home plan. For two weeks eat food out of the categories of fresh fruit, fresh veggies, meat, fish, poultry (not in a sauce) rice not in mixes, and use oil and lemon juice on your salads. Cook the fruit and veggies if you want, but start with fresh. be sure to drink a minimum of 60oz of water a day. Do that for just two weeks. You will know by then if gluten is an issue for you. Then you can go to the gluten sensitivity /celiac sites to find out what else you can eat. Keep it simple for now. Reading labels can send you to tears- gluten has sooooo many hidden sources. Here's to better health!L
