About three weeks ago I was running very fast and suddenly I stopped because someone stood in my way. At that moment I got a very sharp pain on my both my upper legs. The muscle that was hurting I think is called the rectus femons. After about five days the pain went away but about a week ago I went to the track to run with some friends and when I tried running fast the pain came back. This time the pain was only present on my right leg. For now Im only jogging because Im scared of running fast. If someone knows a way or something that could make this pain go away please let me know. Thank you!!! -Carlos.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
