Extreme Fatigue (go to bed exhausted and wake up just as tired)
Dizziness
Chronic Sinusitis
Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
Heart Arrhythmias (PVC)
Dry skin
Acne
Thinning Hair
Brittle nails
Unexplained bleeding (vaginal) every time I bear down, have a hard BM, coughing, I start vaginally bleeding.

More frequent Yeast Infections over the last 6 months
Low to no sex drive - low libido
depression - due to health issues - cant find answers
can not lose weight - 40 to 50lbs overweight
Take Septra for Acne - doesn't help much though
Take Metformin for PCOS
Fogginess-forgetfulness

Sometimes my speech sounds as if I have suffered a stroke - it doesn't come out right or mixed up
Headaches
Lately I feel like my lungs hurt
My hands and feet are aways freezing cold - aways
bruise easily

Have has clotting problems with pregnancies
Bleeding during last trimester of my last 2 pregnancies
Facial pigment blotchiness
Excessive Facial hairLimbs (arms and Legs) fall asleep often

Almost forgot one of the most important symptoms:
My muscles always feel extremely fatigued. I exercise 3x a week, it takes all I have to do so. My joints and muscles are so tired when I get out of bed in the mornings - almost feeling like I slept on the hard floor. The joint stiffness subsides as the day goes by but the muscle exhaustion continues all day.

I am desperate for help. Please, please help me.
I know some of these symptoms are associated with PCOS but I feel like there is more to this, and I haven't been able to pinpoint it. I need someone else's view. Any suggestions, help, or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Mostly the dizziness, extreme fatigue, and unexplained bleeding are the most bothersome to me. I'm sure I have forgot to list something, but these are at the top of the list.
CAN YOU PLEASE HELP?

  • Go off any statins (cholesterol lowering drug) and stop taking bactrim. • Did you ever get any answers about your condition? I just found your post. I suffer from very similar issues, though I have not officially been diagnosed with PCOS. My big issues are muscle fatigue, joint stiffness and PVCs. I have an elevated CK or CPK (muscle enzyme) and have been to many doctors to rule out muscle disease. I even had a biopsy and NO disease. If you are willing to share any answers you've gotten I would appreciate it! Thanks! Sarah
