For quite some time now I have had an ongoing parade of symptoms that my doctors don't seem to have any real answers to. The first symptom that appeared was that there was some change in my voice and it was getting difficult for me to sing as well as I usually do. Along with that I have a rough feeling in my lower throat accompanied by thick secretions of mucus that drip down my throat everyday. But it doesn't stop there. Almost daily I deal with chest pain. Whenever I attepmt to do somewhat strenuous activity the pain is incredibly sharp, disabling me to go further. My doctors have told me that I have GERD, and prescribed medication for heartburn. That doesn't work. I was supposed to have a colonoscopy done six months ago, but my appointments have been getting really screwed up with the referrals and everything. I went to the doctor last week and he simply said that he would arrange for me to have an upper endoscopy. I don't know how soon that is going to be and my symtoms are getting worse, including: abdominal pain, hip pain, difficulty breathing when laying flat, change in bowel habits as well as urinary, occasional underarm pain, tendency to get cold, etc. There is something that I looked up that has quite a few of these symptoms but I want to hear if anyone else has any suggestions. If anybody can help me I would appreciate it dearly. - Live, Love LifeReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
