I have what I call flare ups and they are manifested in many ways. This week it is a Urinary Tract Infection ( I get 3-4 a year for the past 25 years). A urlologist has checked out my bladder - no cancer.

Last week it was my joints - knees and ankles so stiff I couldn't move and hand joint pain with general malaise.

I also suffer from a seizure disorder, plantar phasitis (sp); chronic dry eyes with growths that have to be removed ( I forget what that is called), my thyroid levels are low, massive TMJ where my right jaw was completely dislocated and the lists go on. I feel they are all related but I can't get anyone to put the pieces together. Is there something that covers these symptoms? If so, who do I see?

Oh by the way, my mother has RA but has tested negative all these years.
It is all so frustrating because I consider myself a healthy person but my body doesn't agree.

  • have u seen a rheumatologist or a endocrinologist? endos cover almost anything internal and rheums cover a wide variety of things. I think that might be somewhere to start.
