Please Reply with some area of input to ease my mental stress.

Symptom #1 :: I have had discomfort in my anal area for around 2months.. Have used cortizone and what not. My actual buttocks itself gets very discomfortable after sitting for long periods of time almost as if my hair in the buttocks area is being pulled in which and ever way..

Symptom #2 :: The area between my scrotum and anus seems to have gotten swollen or something. The thin red line everyone has is seemingly overlapping skin. Scrotum sometimes is very tight and hung up close.

Symptom #3 :: As of last night, I was out partying, Which I do regularly, mostly every night of this summer I have been to a "keg." As of last night I have a red raised rash like symptom on the side of my right knee. Has one white bump and two dry skin circles. Doesn't itch really, is kinda sore but barely.

Symptom #4 :: Have had a bad cough for the past week, sinuses acting up and back of throat is somewhat swollen shut, about and inch in diameter sometimes and inch and a quarter.

Symptom #5 :: Had dry skin on penis head for about 3 days about 2weeks ago.

A little bit about me. This summer I have been unemployed and either drunk or smoked weed every night. I start college back up in less than two weeks. I've gotten very limited amounts of sleep regardless of my physical condition. I smoke cigarettes even though I shouldn't. I smoke countless amounts even on dry mouth. I am not sexually active for the last time I had sex was about 2-3 months ago and was wrapped. I have had a total of 4 partners and have been tested over 6months after the first three. It is highly unlikely I have any form of STD because of the short term it has been since the sexual encounter with my fourth partner. Reason for my being tested in late Feb. was due to a poor tattoo pullen off in an extended stay hotel. Talk about waking up and being scared ****less. Overall I am extremely stressed out. Losing mental confidence and the willingness to try anything.

I have also had bad acne in various but mostly top back parts. Inflamed red bumps underneath the skin.. Has been going on for around 2-3 years. Recently had a serious hair follicle infection the size of a quarter. Is starting to heal and is almost back to its natural skin color.

Also have problems with sinuses. Blowing nose sometimes consists of red blood dots.

  • What does your diet consist of? I'm rather far from a doctor, but some of your symptoms may be down to a low immune system due to excessive drinking which depletes the body of vitimans. Weed is more likely to affect you psychologically rather than physically. I would suggest getting a complete bio chemical work up from your doctor which will examine your current vitamin levels.

  • Slow down a little bit. You probably still have a staph infection or folliculitis (hair follicle infection). A round of antibiotics should help with this. See a dermatologist. Maybe the acne is "boils, or carbuncles". In this day and age, no one should have zits . Use either Pro-Active or Murad. Maybe as your body heals from the infection, your other symptoms will start to go away. Guess what, you are a man now, and not a stupid beer-swilling teeny-bopper pot-head. Start to take care of your body. Instead of kegging, take a Yoga class, where you will meet similarly-minded people who want to de-stress...and some nice girls. Gear up your health for college, you will need it to stay on top of your studies, and to avoid mononucleosis and meningitis. Once on campus, use the health services to monitor your health or go to your doc for a physical while you are still on your parent's insurance. Willingness to try anything is not a turn-on for the ladies. They will just think you are the real-life version of the movie "******s". Cute, but stupid.

  • My diet consists of lots and lots of pasta. I smoke many cigarettes, along with the weed and beer. In the past week I haven't been really getting drunk and what not but still hanging out with my friends till the A.M. My legs are always seemingly restless and sometimes I get tired for no reason.. Other parts of my diet is juices and tea and soda. When im at the house I have a great diet. Too bad im hardly at the house, cause when im out I drink soda and eat fast food. Im still worried about the tattoo factor but I realize thats a low factor?
