I'm just wondering if anyone out there can help.
Over the last 5 years or so I have suffered from joint pain. (digits, knee, shoulder). It's not constant throughout the year and appears to be seasonally affected. I'm 37 and just recently this joint pain has become much more servere, limiting my movement. Not to the point where i cannot move but to the point where, for example, its painful to do any over head work with my right arm due to the pain in my shoulder, or its painful to climb stairs and raise from a crouching position, or infact do my shoe laces up. its much worse in the mornings and the joints that are affected are swollen and tender. The pain wakes me at night and is currently the most severe it has ever been. I don't seem to have any other symptoms apart from tiredness (which is probably down to my interrupted sleep)
I've just had some blood tests to check for arthritis (and related ailments) which have come back clear. Anti-inflamatory drugs have a limited affect as do pain killers, both of which I'd rather not take.
I supplement my fairly healthy diet with Omega 3 and glucosamine
Any ideas gratefully received
