I have been diagnosed with spondilolithesis, spondylosis, and scoliosis. I am treating with physical therapy and an md. I sliped at work and landed on my tail bone, wich caused great pain in my back, now with treatment for this my left leg is hurting more and more with the treatment for this. and my back is hurting much less. is this normal with these lumbar problems together. should i be more concerned with this symptom? I am only 26 years old and this seems to be getting worse and worse as the years go on. Ive always worked in heavy production fields. I need to know if i can realisticaly still work in that field with these problems in my spine. should i be limited from lifting heavy? what would be suitable for not furthering my injurys.

  • Spondylolisthesis is slippage of one vertebra over another(usuallyL5 over S1).It is the cause of significant back pain and can be worsened with heavy lifting. It sometimes requires surgery.

  • If your leg is still hurting, worry about a slipped disk and pinched nerve.
