White, male, 24 years old, about 225lbs, 69 inchces tall. (weight has been static for as long as i can remember, i.e i havent gained or lost weight in a long time).. according to the self test BP meters at Sams, walmart, etc (i dont check every day, only when i visit a place that has one) i average about 130-136 over 78-85. heart rate is always in the 70-80bpm range.
Dont remember the last time i was sick, or had a fever at all...
my bad habits:
lots of soda. - code red :)
spend alot of time reading (im the philopsipher type).
1) skin, middle of the chest, above sternum is a mostly circular patch of what look like freckles- they are medium/light brown. been there probably 3-4 months, hasnt changed in anyway that i can remember since i first noticed
2) blood on tissue after bowel movement. on a monthly basis, its a fairly common occurance.. some times its a little spot or 2, other times maybe a few dime size patches( when i wipe)... not sure when this started but like most everything here its been around for a while or months...stool from a distance of 2 feet or so looks about as normal with the medium/light brown color.. never notice any blood int he toilet.. tissue only.
3) it "seems" that i average a few more bowl movements on a weekly basis than i remember..
4) last year had a chest xray and blood work up, blood work up didnt show anything unusual except slightly elevated proteins.. (didnt get which protein specific) and also the chest xray revealed some sort of "air bubble looking spot" (their words not mine) left side, below sternum, above stomach area (maybe right at or right below diaphram area)
any ideas? *naturally this is fact finding only and any info provided wil not be considered as the actual diagnosis, and blah blah when i go to my regular Dr next time ill mention it and follow her prognosis*
also here is something else... im not quite sure to how to ask- both from the perspective of insuring my insurance covers it and from a being honest P.O.V . but im gonna get a physcial sometime in the near future...Im intrested in getting a full blood and urine work up.. is this part of a normal physical, or how could i get my Dr to order without necesarily requesting it myself? (im not trying to lie, cheat or steal, only to insure that for insurance purposes its "dr requested") is there a certain type of phyiscal that includes this? like a "DOT phyiscal" or???
