I feel burning sensation in my sole of both feet while sleeping and this disturbs my sleep. Soles feel dry and there is tingling sensation. I feel comfortable when I get up and walk. In the morning after getting up from bed soles of my feet become soft and I feel comfortable. My blood pressure is normal. I have no history of diabitis. I do exercise like touching the toe, bending sidewise. flicking the arms sidewise, standing on the toe etc. I do feel any discomfort while doing the excercise.
