I have a huge issue with weakness, loss of concentration and sweating. The sweating is not just under my arms, hands or face as is usual but on my chest, back and legs. It's very uncomfortable since I am a teacher and cannot work fulltime now due to the issues. I also get pains in my legs. I also have strange metallic tastes in my mouth that can be quite bitter. I sometimes feel like sleeping for no apparent reason.

I am an insulin dependant diabetic but this is under control and I cannot find any correlations with sweats/weaknesses and blood sugar.

Can somebody help. It's not all in my head I can assure you.
