Moving My Stomach?

Ever since I was 9 i could move my stomach from the left to right, I turned 13 yesterday.
By "move" I mean my actual stomach, internally. When I move it theres a sound, like breathing, but i know it's not my lungs cause when I lay down, it makes a water sloshing noise. Also, for some reason I can;t stop when i start, and it gets really sore eventually. Is this normal, or should i get surgery to fix it if there is one? It's just really stressful.

Chronic Constipation?

I've been constipated for about 2 months. I tried laxitives, but they just caused horrible stomach pain. It got so bad I had to get an enema. I was regular then, for about 3 days, then I got constipated and couldnt go for a week. I took another enema, and started taking fiber. I was again regular for about 3 days, and got constipated again. The doctor says it's inside my colon + intestines, but hasn't suggested anything. What else could I do?
