I feel a small bump (about 1/3 inch) on the roof of my mouth. I am not sure if it is new or if I simply was unaware of it. Also, a small sharp white spot has recently appeared on the inside-front of my mouth. It's not a patch; it basically looks and feels like a pimple in the mouth. I am in my early twenties, and I have gone through heavy drinking/smoking stages, but not more than a couple years. What are the chances that this is a serious condition?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
