Mouth problems!

This may be unrelated to my most recent symptoms, but I thought I'd include it just in case: I've had a head cold for around two weeks now, which has most recently affected my sinuses. However, since waking up this morning I've had some numbness/tingling in my lips, a dry mouth and a bitter taste on my tongue. I'm also experiencing a tingling/burning sensation when I drink, but not really when I eat. When I swallow food, my throat feels 'itchy' and my chesty cough has changed to a dry cough.
I haven't, to my knowledge, eaten anything different, been anywhere different or used any different products.
I'd be really grateful if anyone can help, I'm baffled!

Thank you,
