The tip of my tonuge has many swollen taste buds that spread going up the side a bit.
my tongue itself has little mucus looking stuff on it, that doesnt come off or flake like thrush, it looks like its part of the tongue when i try to brush it off. my tongue doesnt bleed when i brush it. also the back of my throat also seems to have it a little of it, with some minor bumps (guessing taste buds also). underneath my tongue looks swollen and the sides of it looks ripped with cut like grooves. nothing else is wrong with my mouth, roof, or inner lips. when i sweeze my throat, above my adams apple i feel very hard lumps on each side.

what could this be. could this be cancer?
