My 73-year-old mother-in-law has been losing her vision for several years. It has gotten to the point that she is forced to retire in December because she cannot safely drive nor do her job. She is devastated. She has been to many eye specialists, including the Philadelphia Eye Hospital. Her file was forwarded to another specialist in CA who supposedly is at the forefront of diagnosing diseases of the eye. All doctors find absolutely nothing wrong with her eyes. They are pefectly healthy and, therefore, she cannot get a diagnosis. The docs have come to the conclusion that the problem is an autoimmune disease. They can give her no further information or recommendations. She lives in North Brunswick, NJ and I live in Pittsburgh - making it hard for me to find resources for her other than what I find on the internet. Can someone please recommend a good nutritionist or naturopath that has experience with autoimmune diseases? Any and all other opinions and resources are welcome. Many Thanks, LizReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
