For years my daughter has had some problems. The most common is abrupt mood swings. We haven't been able to figure out what causes them and they have been consistent for most of her life. One minutes she'll be fine and the next she's crying and upset. Sometimes these moods are followed by depressions, which can last for a few months, where she'll skip school and sleep constantly. Another symptom is depersonalization (I'm not entirely sure what this means, a counselor that I took her to told me this is something she might have). I have taken her to see people who could help her but all have said that she is fine but I still don't know.
Any help on dealing with this or maybe what it is would be helpful.
