I'm a 24yr old male who has a mixture of issues, some related and unrelated ( in my opinion ), which I would like some input on, I avoid doctors, so I would like some online input before I force my self to see a doctor. (even then I'll probably only mention 1-2 things)
I'll start by saying I'm a heavy beer drinker, probably 1 level below an alcoholic (I still get up for work), live on take away and junk food, which I believe could have played an extremely large roll in these symptoms.
I'll start with the **** I've had for years, since I was about 13-14 I've had off and on purple and red hands, however I don't feel the cold nor the heat much, looking it up, it sorta falls into Raynaud. I find my self even now, wearing a t-shirt, its 3.2C degrees outside, 10C inside maybe? Not feeling the cold hardly at all? Then the next day it could be 20C and I'll be wearing a jumper feeling cold as all ***l? This has been something since I was was 13-14. Frequently find my self not wearing a jumper regularly until nearly the end of winter, and then not taking that jumper off until nearly the end of summer.
Now the next one, is my bowel movements, some weeks I will be going to the toilet daily, or multiple times a day, then I go through stages where I will have a bowel movement once every 1-2 weeks. There is odd blood in my stool (become less frequent in the past year), is this the result of piles/hemorrids?
Third on my list comes urinating, in the the past 1-2yrs I find my self having to pee more and more frequently, lately I'm going to the toilet and not even being able to pee more then a drop or two, but still feeling the need to pee, some days I'll be back and forth from the toilet 10-15 times a day, then others its only 1-2.
Then what scares me the most is about 2 days ago when I went to pee, I had blood in my pee, hence why I've decided to think about some overdue medical advice. During one night it happened twice, but has not happened since, but I'm still concerned.
There are more other issues such as my frequent inability to sleep throughout the night, while I can manage with this, in the average night I find myself waking up 5-10 times, strangely enough solving problems I had earlier in the day (I'm a computer programmer), only time this becomes annoying is when I can not get back to sleep at all (e.g. wake at 3am, and cant get back to sleep the rest of the time).
When I write all these down I swear I seem like a hypochondriac, probably why I wont just go to a doctor and go there is a, b, c, d, e..
