Mild trace of aortic regurgitation?

I had and echocardiogram and it said I have a very small trace of aortic regurgitation. They said this is normal in many people and its nothing to worry about.

When then took the echo my heart was racing like crazy. I have read from many cardiology books about Aortic regurgitation. Most of them state that when your heart rate is increased it messes up the findings for the regurgitation by decreasing it or something like that. It says something about the diastolic period is to short and the echo does not have enough time to capture the frames.

Does this mean the because I have a mild trace of regurgitation that if my heart rate was slower it would have been maybe even severe? I am going back in a couple days but for now I want some input.
