Im 15 years old and have severe migraines the only occur on one side. Ive had these migraines since around the age or 6 or 7. Ive noticed that over the years they have gotten worse. Ive taken several types of pills like tylenol and advil but none of them have helped. I also have these dizzy spells everyday throughout the day that occur when I get up from a sitting position. Tho my doctor said my dizzy spells are normal. idk this doesnt sound right to me..

  • Dear nofearracer...dizziness is NOT normal. Migraines since age 6-7...NOT normal. What kind of a doctor are you seeing?Where do you live? I was dizzy with migraines too but I had about 68 more symptoms.Someone in this forum advised me to go for NAET/Bioset therapy. I am a nurse and it made no sense to me but I was sick and no doc could tell me what was wrong with me.I went for 6 treatments and my symptoms are gone!!No dizzinessNo migrainesNo kidding I will help you find someone in your area. Will your parents take you?You can do research on this treatment...there is alot of information on it. google NAET testimonialsvisit www.naet.com www.bioset-institute.com google Bioset testimonials It is all there...children have been cured of Autism...I've been cured of severe symptoms myself. I hope you can go and get your life back.. best regards, mommy cat

  • I notice your name is 'nofearracer' does that mean you're all into exciting stuff like rollercoasters and racecar driving? To get to the point, have you ever been in an accident or suffered any sort of whiplash? Because my sister has gotten migraines ever since she got whiplash on a rollercoaster at the west edmonton mall when she was a kid. It screwed up her back and stuff and that gives you migraines.

  • What kind of idiotic doctor are you seeing? Do any of you migraine sufferers out there think that migraines can be helped by a tylenol? Ha! Find a more sympathetic doctor who is just a tad more up-to-date. Also, have him/her check to make sure your light-headedness is not cardiac related. Can the school nurse take your blood pressure as you get up?
