Hello. I recently moved away to go to pharmacy school. Ever since then it seems like I have had all kinds of problems especially with memory and my mind feeling foggy. What factors could be contributing to this? I am on no medications. I try to eat somewhat healthy. I take a multivitamin, omega 3s, and a B complex everyday, and try to get enough sleep each night. I spend most of my time just studying but for whatever reason its like I cant retain or recall the information. I will look over something and 30 seconds later forget it. The stuff I do learn I seem to brain dump and forget a week later. Is there a health reason for this? I will say I am under quite a bit of stress but I try to manage it. Any suggestions on what I can do??? (as far a studying I usually start days in advance so it's not like I cram. I also make notecards to help me study but it still doesn't help much)

  • I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you. I do understand what you are saying though. I can relate... sound like I wrote it years ago.
