My son and I learned the hard way. He had cancer. We trusted the doctors, that was a mistake that cost Brad his life.
Whatever problem you have detox that body. I am doing mine right now because they have found 5 spots in my lungs.
1. This is what I do. In the am I take a probiotic(MegaFlora) these are friendly bacteria that are found in your gut.
2. 30 minutes later I juice 8 ounces of carrot juice with my Jack LaLanne Elite Juicer. In it I put 2 tablespoons of Barley Green by pure planet. These is the detoxer. Start with less than 2 tablespoons. You don't want to detox too fast. Along with the drink I take an enzyme. Buy a good one, don't get cheap. You get what you pay for.
3. Through the day I drink Mangosteen with an enzyme.
4. Later in the day I repeat the carrot juice with enzyme.
5. Want solid food? Dark green salad with lots of veggies, nuts, fruits. Brown rice, sweet potatoes.
6. I can't say this is easy at first but in a few weeks as you see your body detox you will be hooked.
I lost 34 points in cholesterol, my triglycerides were in the danger level, they are now well within the norman range. I have energy I have never had before.
I drink ONLY FIGI WATER. It has a high PH. Don't drink municipal water.
