I have been diagnosed with MTSS and am after advice from anyone else who has suffered from this. I have had insoles fitted and for about the 1st day after they made a massive difference, but now am back to how it was before. The pain is pretty constant but every so often I get the most awful shooting pain from the tender point on my shin to my ankle.
Any advice/tips would be gratefully received as not being able to run is seriously getting annoying!!!
